Horizon Public Health is committed to protecting the health of the citizens of Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse Counties through our Infectious Disease Prevention programs. We work closely with the Minnesota Department of Health as well as our local health care providers to monitor diseases and promote a healthy community.
